Are my gums getting healthier?
Pink gums usually mean they are healthy gums. I'm not sure why the "black" came off of the gum tissue because that is usually a common occurance to see black pigmentation spots in your race. Keep brushing with a soft toothbrush at least twice a day for 2-3 mins each time. Brush at a 45 degree angle to the gum in small circular motions. Change the brush every 2-3 months. Floss in a "c" shape down under the gum tissue. Do this 1 time a day. If gums bleed that indicates inflammation. Keep it up for several days and the bleeding should go away. Have your teeth cleaned and checked twice a year.
Reply:idk dude but if you have black gums you might wanna brush your teeth, i think even if your black your gums are suppsoed to be pink lol
