Gums cover lower back teeth?

first of all, my gums are partially covering my back tooth on only one side. I already had all four of my wisdom teeth removed. Some solutions I already tried was brushing more often, and using saltwater to rinse. I had this problem for only a few days, so I don't really know if it is working or not. But so far, my gums look the same so is there something else I should do and how long does it take for the gum to recede if I'm doing the right thing already.

Gums cover lower back teeth?
it's okay if you still have gums over your back teeth, mine are like that. As long as it isn't bothering you, there's really no problem.

if it is bothering you, then you might want to talk to your dentist about it.
Reply:Maybe you should ask a professional about this one. If you just had your wisdom teeth removed, it may just be swelling or something, but if not. . .I'm not sure.
Reply:Mine are the same. Clean those back teeth carefully as otherwise they will decay more than if the gum wasn't partially covering.
Reply:Hi, Freddy -

You need to have this excess tissue removed so that you can adequately clean your teeth on a daily basis. Just let your dentist know about it, and he'll remove it. It's a very simple procedure - much easier than repairing a cavity because you couldn't clean those teeth!

Best of luck to you!
