Gum with no calories?

are there any gums with no calories?i know its only like 5 but still....

Gum with no calories?
no. gum has to have at least a little sugar base to make it gum. 5 calories in one piece isn't going to kill you. if you leave it in your mouth for at least an hour, you'll burn those 5 calories chewing it.
Reply:Gum essentially has no calories because the chewing burns it completely off. Why would you worry about that? as long as you chew the gum you are fine!
Reply:exactly its LESS than five calories.....come on
Reply:i have not seen any... and it sucks cause each piece is so many calories... LOL but oh well, cause im still chewing it, but im not gonna swallow it, i think that drops a couple calories LOL, J/K
Reply:If you find some let me know
Reply:Of all the things to worry about, you shouldn't worry about a virtually no calorie food.

Worry about that pound of bacon you eat in the morning.
Reply:No, even sugarless gum has calories, officially anything less than 3 calories is deemed as "no calories"
Reply:i dun think gum could be made up without sugar...n yeh calories r really low...n if u think its more in ur diet plan...u could cut other sweets or sugar from it...
Reply:wow gum is one of the last things I would worry about... i mean in a 12pk of trident where a serving is 2 pieces and that totals 5 calories per serving means you can cut the serving in half and have half as many calories. So half of five is 2.5 I think that is pretty good if you ask me. and like many ppl have said if you chew it long enough you will burn off the calories in it anyway.
