My breath stinks badly even after i brush or have mints or a gum i even tried mouth wash ?
Make an appointment with your dentist, it sounds like you have a gum disease. They will be able to prescribe a special antibacterial mouthwash to clear it. Keep sucking mints til then!! Good Luck
Reply:First of all, you should put aside about 10 minutes just to carefully brush your tongue. Secondly, if you have puffy gums that bleed easily, you could have gingivitis. It is very easily cured you just have to pay special attention when you're brushing to where your teeth meet your gums. The swelling should go down over about 2-4 weeks. And lastly, I don't think anybody's breath smells too hot after drinking milk. :)
Reply:It's a good thing you had a checkup, as some diseases like diabetes, or bowel problems can cause bad breath. A checkup with the dentist might be worthwhile. You should keep in mind that you may have a little thrush in your gastrointestinal tract (as this is very common), seek advice from your local chemist, who might suggest some acidophilis tablets to help your normal gut bacteria to regenerate. However, the acidophilis has to be kept at a low temperature (around 3 Degrees centigrade) to survive in the bottle. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
Reply:that's the impact of ur disease and it wont go easily
Reply:It may not be oral, try a different diet,my friend. Good luck!
Reply:The smell could come from the back of your tongue, try using a tongue-scraper...
Reply:invest in a tounge scraper to remove all the grime that builds up, up your intake of water your tounge can dry out if you are dehydrated and that can cause bad breath!!

also a change in diet can help as digestive problems can cause bad breath so check out some healthy eating sites.

go and see your dentist too
Reply:Ok i have the same problem and yes it is embarresing but what you need to do is brush your teeth 3 times a day and after every meal, and don't eat foods that pong (like garlic or spicy foods) as the smell will stay in your mouth for longer, buy a tongue scraper to scrape your tongue, floss inbetween yur teeth so no food is left and use the tongue scraper to scrape your cheeks of your mouth, use mouthwash

use cold water while brushing your teeth, makes you feel more fresh

if you still have problems, then i suggest you go to the doctor, could be a digestive problem like acid reflux wich gives you the bad breath,

good luck
Reply:I would recommend the crest mouthwash! And you know take some listerine spray- (Yea they sell that now in little bottles that fit in your pocket!) After eating or drinking spray some! Or take a bottle of mouthwash and do it in the bathroom after you eat! Alot of people in my old school would brush there teeth after they ate! Good luck Sweetie!
Reply:May be due to lack of saliva, drink plenty of water
Reply:Perhaps the smell comes from your stomach. Reduce meat intake, eat more vegs salad, fruits, fresh milk, drink a lot of water, and observe the result for 2 weeks. If nothing changes, see a dentist and/or a doctor.
Reply:Hope this link helps you with all information regarding your teeth.Try out http://useinfo-dentalcare.blogspot.com/ for more details.
Reply:just floss and brush your teeth after you eat in the bathroom or something. get a tounge scraper and some mouthwash (listerine, scope, etc). if you want you can get like those mouth fresher things or mints (altoids are good). if that still doesnt work then go ask your dentist.
