Why do my bottom gums tingle when i had a upper tooth removed?? help me please!?

i am a 17 year old female. i had one baby tooth left nad i got it pulled on wed. i got 2 shots of anesthesia on my upper right gums.on thurs night, i got a weird tingling sensation in my lower gums right under my teeth. if i got injections in my upper gums, why do my lower gums tingle? could it be nerve damage %26amp;%26amp; if so will it ever go away? will my adult tooth ever come down? please answer this question cause i am very scared and i dont know what to do!!!! thanks!!!

I think the nerves are related some how because I had a filling on an upper tooth once and it was a BIG filling. I can't believe the dentist didn't crown it. Anyway, it started hurting soooo bad and then the pain moved to the lower part of my mouth. About 2 days later everything was fine.





Oh, and I took tones of over the counter pain medicine. The IB Profin liquid gels worked the best but I had to take about 4 at a time. I was so scared I was going to OD but I was in so much pain that I had to take that much. Hope this helps.
