my gums remains same. my teeth are fine but problem is gums. i cannot eat meat. i am diabetic
My gums are always infected and when i visited to dentist he gave me antibiotics after course of antibiotics?
try using tetracycline 250 mg capsules as a mouthwash (open the capsules into glass of water etc, do not swallow)
also mouth wash containing aspirin.

diabets is a metabolic disorders and also affects gum
most probably you need a periodontal advense treatment
antibiotics helps to control infections but real treatment can be done by periodontologs ...
