Sore gums and teeth?

My lower right hand molars started aching last week and now my gums are sore. Do I have gum disease?

Sore gums and teeth?
NOPE--molars are growing in and the whole jaw is expanding to make room for them--relax and give it time--or go to the dentist for a quick check up. It is natural !!
Reply:try not giving so much head
Reply:Try substituteing Milk for as many drinks in your day as posible.

I have had a bad experience with a Dentist this year and all my teeth are now ruined. The Milk is helping alot because it contains things your teeth and body love to use and it increases saliva. By increaseing Saliva, it increases your body's natural ablities ( seriously, Toothpaste just became popular in the 1900's... Skeletons have teeth from before 1900) and it also will seep into, soak into, and reach areas better.

Can you give any more details? One of my teeth archs from time to time because the gum and the filling will make contact and my body doesn't appear to like those or the new kind of fillings.

Added: Oh and how much do you brush a day and what do you use ( Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Floss, and Mouthwash.. which do you use and what brands are they?)
Reply:Brush and mouthwash with HYDROGEN PEROXIDE. It will heal your gums and kill the pain quickly. Do this daily or when they hurt.
Reply:sore gums can be a sign of gum infection and gum disease. to be sure of your dental problem, have a talk with your dentist. taking care of your gums could entail only paying close attention to proper oral hygiene like proper brushing and careful flossing every after meal. this can help remove plaque that get stuck on teeth. having a regular dental check up and regular dental cleanings can make sure that teeth and gums stay healthy. water has a lot of health benefits and this can be advantageous to oral and dental health. make sure that you drink adequate amount of water to be able to keep bad bacteria in the mouth at bay. visit http://www.themouthdoctor.com for more gum care tips.
