well..more specifically, my bottom right gum is hurting...and i know that my wisdom teeth are coming in but as of right now, they aren't cutting in...the problem is... that my back gums are sore and not to be gross, but that particular spot smells really bad... what's wrong?
also...i'm somewhat dizzy and i keep gagging...are these problems related?

yeah, that is a terrible sign that you need to get rid of them soon.Once they grow in, it will become impacted to your second molar. then your tongue and, as you said, your gums will be in pain. and also the odor is another symptom of needing to get rid of it.
