My gums have been hurting for the last couple of days. Is it normal? Like I feel like my teeth are tearing through my gums more.
Gums have been hurting, why?
it depends on how old you are. If you are between the ages of 9-12 its most likely a cavity or your gums need to be cleaned. If you are 12-15, you should be due for a dentist appointment. But if you are 15+ then it might be your wisdom teeth growing in. And if they are causing pain you should schedule for an appointment
Reply:brush your teeth, and floss, and use mouthwash
Reply:Have you started using anything new? Like tooth paste or mouthwash? Even eating spicy foods can irritate your gums.
Rinse with warm salt water 2 times a day for a few days and it should help. If it doesn't, contact your dentist.
Reply:i dont know go to ur dentist and find out
Reply:You could have food trapped in the gums have you tried flossing really well and checking around the teeth that are huring?
Also if it's near your period they may hurt, mine do every know and again. Or if you eat allot of salty foods, that can irritate your gums. Brush gentally every day, rinse with warm salty water....and they should heal up fine in about a week or so.
Reply:you have periodontal disease dirt ball
