Bad gums, will crest white strips work?

I have a litttle problem with my gums, if i brush slightly hard, i get a few drops of blood ( i mean, it makes white tooth paste pinkish when i spit it out twice, the thrid time its white)





if i use crest white strips premium on my teeth, will that harm my gums??





i'm trying to avoid to go to the dentist, as they haunt me

Well, first off, you should get to a dentist. If he or she merely cleans and x-rays your teeth, that shouldn't be a bad experience for you. It sounds like you have a touch of gingivitis, an inflammation of the gums which causes the bleeding. Until the gingivitis subsides, I would refrain from using the whitening strips. People I've asked said that the white strips don't harm gums, but I'm skeptical about that.

Reply:Well unfortunatly I think you migh have Ginavitis. Its okay you just need to go to a dentist.
Reply:you may have an oral infection or maby your useing to stiff a tooth brush inany case white strips are a bad idea they degrade your tooth enamal and that don;t come back!
Reply:yes yes they will harm, all tooth bleaching methods are hard on teeth, they soften the enamel and have a lot of peroxide, alcohol or both. Peroxide and alcohol not only dry out the gums but makes them more sensitive and vunerable to infection. Go to the dentist, bleeding gums are the first sign of gum disease, infection, maybe even tooth decay. Obviously you care about the appearance of your teeth, so please do what you can to keep them. Reply:You should go to the dentist it sounds like your getting gingivitis.. You should have it looked at right away.. your gums can start to reseed from your teeth... The white strips wont harm healthy gums but your gums are weak right now. be careful!
Reply:floss before you brush and you might wanna go to the dentist before you use those white strip cause they have chemicals in them that might make your gums worse
