I have been getting small boils on the lower left side of my gums for a few months now, what could it be?

It comes and goes they are small and sometimes can be irritaing because i know it's there, i squeeze down on it and nothing happens is it something serious?

It could be an abscess, could be a disease...go see a doctor or a dentist.
Reply:They are probably ulcers. I get them rarely but they are painful. You might be allergic to something you ate. They go away after a while but you should still see a dentist.
